The resort occupies 20 acres of land close to New Bagan, on a site that used to be a landing field for hot air balloons. The 190 keys spread across multiple guestroom buildings. Each to the hotel function has its own dedicated building creating a scattered masterplan that reflects the thousands of pagodas spread across the landscape in Bagan. Brickwork is used throughout the site so that the resort blends with its natural surroundings, while the generous swimming pool is an oasis in this hot and dry part of the world.
