This refurbishment and retrofit work converts a previously underutilized mezzanine into a function room and adds a new outdoor bar to serve the riverside terrace as well as the swimming pool. With a new solid roof installed, 2 guestrooms above also receive a new generous river-view terrace.

Particularly the function room proved to be highly successful with only 6 months needed to return the overall investment.
