Outrigger Hotels & Resort, a Hawaii-based Hotel operator took over this property in Koh Samui in 2015 and appoints S+A to design a complete re-branding renovation.

Design works comprise interior upgrades to the 52 pool villas, refurbishments of the reception lobby, the 3 restaurants, pool bar, beach front spaces, as well as enhancements to the overall landscape and necessary improvements to the back-of-house and M&E services.  

Works are implemented to phases to minimize disruptions to guests and the ongoing hotel operation.

S+A design introduces wooden screenings to provide privacy while creating rhythm and consistency throughout the resort. Splashes of colors are subtlety and progressively distributed to accompany guests from the resort entrance down to the beachfront areas.

The overall luxurious yet relaxing and unassuming ambiance compliments the “Outrigger-way”, a chic-casual hideaway in Koh Samui.
