Nimitr is the specialty restaurant of the 137 Pillars Hotel & Residences, a luxury hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Located on the 27^th floor with panoramic views over Bangkok, Nimitr proposed a modern Thai cuisine with molecular touch. The restaurant was designed to reflect the contrast and diversity of Asia, particularly the vibrant nightlife of Asian cities.
